This appeal is from a decree of a circuit judge at chambers in a statutory proceeding for partition. The respondent minor is the appellant. Petitioner Solomon K. Lalakea, hereafter referred to as the petitioner, and respondent Laupahoehoe Sugar Company, hereafter referred to as the respondent company, are the appellees. The appellant and the respondent company were the only appearing respondents below. The premises, partition of which is sought, are described in R. P.
