This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of the plaintiffs for the recovery of the sum of one thousand two hundred and fifty dollars, claimed to be due from the defendant as the result of the rescission of a contract for the sale of a certain piece of real estate by the defendant to the plaintiffs, the amount so recovered by the plaintiffs being the first payment made by them on account of said transaction.
