YANKWICH, District Judge.

Plaintiffs charge infringement by the defendants of Mantz Letters Patent No. 1,898,584, issued February 21, 1933, re-, lating to a spring sash balance, and Mantz Letters Patent No. 2,128,007, issued August '23, 1938, relating to a combination *707hook and glider, to be used with a spring sash balance.
