OPINION

This matter having come before this Court on May 21, 1986, after the completion of disciplinary proceedings conducted pursuant to NMSA 1978, Rules Governing Discipline (Repl.Pamp.1985), wherein Attorney Elias N. Quintana (Quintana) was found to have committed sixteen (16) violations of nine (9) NMSA 1978, Code of Prof. Resp. Rules (Repl.Pamp.1985), involving misrepresentation, neglect, improper fee-splitting, disrespect to various tribunals, and other conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice.
