This matter having come before this Court on October 9, 1985, after the completion of disciplinary proceedings conducted pursuant to NMSA 1978, Rules Governing Discipline (Repl.1985), wherein Attorney Elias N. Quintana was found to have committed nineteen (19) violations of eleven (11) rules of the Code of Professional Responsibility involving incompetence, neglect, harassment and other conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice, the Court adopts the findings and conclusions of the Disciplinary Board and the Board’s recommendation that Quintana be suspended from the practice…
