John H. Greer appeals the order of the Superior Court, Pierce County, entered in Greer v. Northwestern National Insurance Company, cause 298999, which denied his motion for partial summary judgment and which granted Northwestern National Insurance Company a summary judgment of dismissal on the issue of passenger liability coverage of a motorcycle insurance policy.
