Petitioners/cross-respondents, Samuel L. Peters and Specialty Envelope, Inc. (“New Specialty”), appeal the National Labor Relations Board’s decision in favor of the respondent/eross-petitioner, National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB” or “the Board”), for various violations of the National Labor Relations Act (“NLRA” or “the Act”).
