Appellant prosecutes this appeal from an order made by the court below denying her petition to have the estate of Robert Boeson, deceased, assigned to her, as his widow, under the provisions of section 1469 of the Code of Civil Procedure, which authorizes a transfer of estates of less than $2,500 to the widow of a decedent upon the return of the inventory. The rights of a minor are in nowise involved in this proceeding.
