This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction and sentence of the defendant, now appellant, by the Common Pleas Court of Hancock County, for the offense of aggravated trafficking in drugs in violation of R.C. 2925.03(A)(5). In each count the defendant was charged with selling LSD (but on two different days), with a specification that he had previously been convicted of a felony drug abuse offense.
