OPINION OF THE COURT

FULTON, Senior Judge:

Pursuant to his plea entered before a military judge sitting without court members, the appellant was convicted of several heroin-related offenses, the most serious of which was involuntary manslaughter of a fellow soldier to whom he had provided the fatal heroin and the means with which to inject it.
