OPINION OF THE COURT

FULTON, Senior Judge:

A general court-martial convicted appellant of rape and sentenced him to a dishonorable discharge and confinement at hard labor for five years, as well as reduction to the grade of Private E-l and forfeiture of all pay and allowances. The convening authority approved the sentence.1

Four questions are presented for our review. The first three, relating to (a) sufficiency of the evidence, (b) understanding of the right to include enlisted members on the court-martial, and (c) denial of defense-requested continuance, do not warrant ex*600tended discussion. The…
