PERRY, Judge:

The appellant was convicted of two offenses of willfully disobeying the order of a superior commissioned officer and three offenses of failing to obey a lawful general regulation, in violation of Articles 90 and 92, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 890 and 892, respectively. The convening authority disapproved all the findings of guilty except those of two of the Article 92 offenses. The approved sentence includes a bad-conduct discharge, forfeiture of $100 and reduction to the lowest enlisted grade. The United States Air Force Court of Military…
