Sirup of rhamnus, extract of gentian, and extract of taraxacum, imported at the port of New York, were classified by the collector of customs as medicinal preparations and assessed for duty at 25 per cent ad valorena under that part of paragraph 65 of the tariff act of 1909 which reads as follows:
65. * * * All other medicinal preparations not specially provided for in this section, twenty-five per centum ad valorem: * * *.
