Robert Hershgordon (Claimant) petitions, pro se, for review of the August 4, 2010 order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) affirming the decision of the Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) denying him workers’ compensation benefits pursuant to Section 311 of the Workers’ Compensation Act (Act) 1 and dismissing his penalty petition. The issue before this Court is whether the Board erred in affirming the WCJ’s decision that Claimant did not provide timely notice of his work-related injury to Pep-boys, Manny, Moe and Jack (Employer).
