LYNCH, District Judge.

In this patent infringement case, plaintiffs Eisai Ltd. and Eisai Inc. (collectively, “Eisai”) have withheld a number of documents sought by defendants, asserting that they are protected by attorney-client privilege. Defendants Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd. and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Inc. (collectively, “Reddy”) moved to compel. The Court referred the dispute to the Hon.
