LAVERY, J.
The plaintiff, Ann B. Lunn, appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered on the granting of the defendant’s motion for summary judgment in this legal malpractice action. On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the trial court improperly determined that no jury could conclude that (1) she had commenced her cause of action within the time limitation of General Statutes § 52-584b1 and (2) the defendant’s negligence caused her to suffer damages.
