The plaintiff, Jennifer James, appeals from the summary judgment rendered by the trial court in favor of the defendant, The Valley-Shore Y.M.C.A., Inc. She claims that the court improperly concluded that no genuine issue of material fact existed as to the notice element of this premises liability action. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
