Opinion

ORME, Judge:

1 1 Jason Ross appeals the district court's grant of Epic Engineering's motion in limine that excluded the testimony of Ross's expert. Ross also appeals the district court's subsequent grant of Epic's motion for summary judgment on Ross's breach of contract claim and the resulting dismissal of Ross's complaint with prejudice. We affirm.
