CHRISTIANSEN, Judge:

1 Daniel Sotolongo appeals from the district court's ruling granting summary judgment in favor of Midland Funding LLC (Midland) and its attorneys on a breach of contract claim brought by Midland and multiple consumer-law claims brought by Sotolon-go. We affirm in part, vacate in part, and remand to the district court.

BACKGROUND
