Mitchell and Wade Mitchell appeal from the district court's orders dismissing several of their claims and granting summary judgment on their remaining claims in favor of ReconTrust Company NA, the Bank of New York Mellon (BNYM), America's Wholesale Lender (AWL), BAC Home Loans Servicing LP (BAC), and Armand J.
