Defendant’s demurrer to plaintiff’s second amended complaint was sustained without leave to amend; whereupon judgment was entered for defendant, from which plaintiff appeals. Plaintiff was lessee, and defendant lessor, under a written lease of certain premises in the city of TJkiah.
