ZAPPALA, Justice.

This matter comes before the Court by way of a Rule to Show Cause issued by the Court acting on a Petition filed by the Honorable Alex Bonavitacola, President Judge of the Court of Common Pleas for the First Judicial District, and the Honorable John Herron, Administrative Judge of the Trial Division of that court. The Petition called to the attention of the Court a dispute between Judge Herron and the Honorable Bernard J. Avellino, a judge of the common pleas court.
