MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

GADOLA, District Judge.

Before the Court is Plaintiff R.L. Polk & Co.’s motion for a preliminary injunction [docket entry 2], For the reasons set forth below, the Court shall grant Plaintiffs motion.

I. BACKGROUND

Plaintiff R.L. Polk & Co. began marketing business information directories in 1870 under the title Polk City Directories. In 1998, Plaintiff registered the trademark “Polk City Directory,” U.S. Trademark Registration No. 2,203,474.
