FEIKENS, District Judge.
Plaintiffs move for reconsideration of my Opinion and Order of September 8, '2005 (386 F.Supp.2d 905) dismissing the Complaint for lack of jurisdiction, or in the alternative, move for permission to amend their Complaint. The essence of their argument is that my Opinion and Order failed to address the claim of trademark dilution under 15 U.S.C. § 1125(c), which provides the requisite federal question as a basis for federal jurisdiction.
