The plaintiff is the 'widow of Jacob Showers, and the mother of his three infant children who reside with her. As such widow and mother she brings ejectment to recover that part of the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of section thirty-two in town three south of range thirteen west, Van Burén county, which lies west of a highway running through the same. Defendants are in possession of the land, and claim it by virtue of a sale made by the administrator of Jacob Showers under a license from the probate court.
