Eight questions are reserved in this case for our opinion. These questions all relate to the exemption of a homestead from forced sale on execution. The debt due to the execution creditor accrued in April, 1857, since the adoption of the present Constitution; and these questions Involve the construction of the sixteenth article of the ■Constitution, exempting a homestead, and the act of March -25th, 1848, upon the same subject.
