The appellants, Lillian J. Swan and Juanita Swan Foreman, her daughter, were sued by the judgment creditors of W. W. Swan in an action to subject an Oldsmobile automobile and certain Postal Certificates to the payment of the judgment.

The complaint contains five counts. In the first three of them, the respondents assert that W. W. Swan fraudulently transferred property owned by him to Lillian J. Swan, his wife, and Juanita Swan Foreman, his daughter. In the fourth count, the judgment creditors claim that W. W.
