This is a suit to reform a policy of automobile liability insurance and to recover on the policy as reformed. The trial court denied relief and plaintiff appeals.
There is no dispute about the facts, most of which were stipulated. The defendant North-West Insurance Company is an Oregon corporation engaged in writing automobile insurance in Oregon. North-West wrote all its Oregon business through its general agent Meridian, Inc., which was its only licensed agent in Oregon.
