Appellant, Leonard Phillips, appeals from two summary judgments rendered against him in his personal injury suit against appellee, American Elastomer Products, L.L.C. (“AEP”). After sustaining a work-related injury, Phillips filed suit against AEP for negligence, gross negligence, and intentional torts.
