This is an appeal from the granting of two no-evidence summary judgments in favor of the defendants in a product liability case. Appellant, Michael Alan Walker, filed suit against appellees Thomasson Lumber Company (“Thomasson”) and Ca-haba Pressure Treated Forest Products, Inc. (“Cahaba”) asserting that a utility pole, manufactured by Cahaba and distributed by Thomasson, contained a manufacturing defect that was the producing cause of injuries he sustained in a fall from that pole.
