Victor M. Zurita, individually and doing business as Heights Medical and Dental Clinic, and his wife Ana Zurita, the plaintiffs below, appeal a take-nothing judgment on their lawsuit against Fernando Lombana and Houston Medical & Dental Center Corp., in which they asserted malicious prosecution, tortious interference, business disparagement, and other claims.
