KING, Chief Judge:

Defendant-Appellant Rigoberto Berr-ios-Centeno appeals his conviction under 8 U.S.C. § 1326. For the following reasons, we AFFIRM.

I.FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND

Defendant-Appellant Rigoberto Berr-ios-Centeno is a citizen of El Salvador. From 1987 through 1998, Berrios-Centeno was convicted of various crimes, such as theft, resisting arrest, criminal mischief, and driving while intoxicated.
