{¶ 1} Defendants-appellants, Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (“ODJFS”) and its director and deputy director, appeal from the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas in which that court, after a bench trial, entered judgment in favor of appellee, Morning View Care Center — Fulton (“Morning View”), for Medicaid reimbursement in the amount of $332,337, plus interest, on appellee’s claims for declaratory relief.
