The National Labor Relations Board petitions for enforcement of an order entered pursuant to a finding of violations of Sections 8(a) (1), (2), (3) and (5) of the National Labor Relations Act 1 by Respondent Downtown Bakery Corporation, and violation of Sections 8(b) (1) (A) and 8(b) (2) of the Act 2 by Respondent Downtown Bakery and Confectionery Workers International Union, Local 19, hereinafter referred to as BCW.
