Reber, on behalf of themselves and a class of persons similarly situated1 (collectively “plaintiffs”) seek reversal of the district court’s dismissal of their lawsuit against WCI Steel Company (“WCI”), the United Steel Workers of America (“USWA”), AFL-CIO, Thomas A. Fair, and Raymond McDonald (collectively “defendants”) seeking to restore benefits allegedly promised in a 1988 trust agreement.
