MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This is a case claiming “violation of labor contracts” and, specifically, the payment of medical benefits to retirees. Plaintiffs include Maxwell Pringle (“Pringle”) and other named individuals (collectively, the “Class Representatives”) on behalf of a class (the “Class”).
