This matter comes before the Court by way of the motions for summary judgment filed by Defendant Quest Diagnostics Incorporated (“Quest” or “the Company”),1 and by Plaintiff Zoé Manee. D.E. 71, 72. The parties filed briefs in opposition and in reply.2 The Court reviewed all submissions and held oral argument on both motions. For the reasons stated below, Defendants’ motion for summary judgment is GRANTED and Plaintiffs motion for partial summary judgment is DENIED.
