This is another zoning case. The subject property, owned by plaintiffs, is situated in Wayne county’s Taylor township. It consists of some 33 acres, lies adjacent to the east side of the D. T. & I. railroad right-of-way, and is bounded north by Goddard road, east by Jackson street and south by undeveloped acreage. Plaintiff seeks, by the instant mandamus proceeding, legal authority to establish and maintain thereon a trailer coach park.
