Albert L. Christner, a former livestock farmer and Chapter 11 bankruptcy debtor, appeals from a final judgment entered in the United States District Court 1 for the District of Nebraska upon a jury verdict finding him guilty on three counts of bankruptcy fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 152. For reversal, defendant argues that (1) the evidence was insufficient as a matter of law to support his conviction; (2) the charges in the indictment were multiplicitous in violation of the double jeopardy clause; (3) a condition of pretrial release, which required him to refrain…
