Plaintiffs appeal a summary judgment for defendant in this legal malpractice case. We reverse.

Most of the facts are undisputed. Plaintiffs were field service representatives employed by Portland General Electric (PGE). In 1986, PGE reorganized the customer field service department. In that reorganization, PGE eliminated numerous job titles, including the titles of the jobs held by plaintiffs. It created a new marketing department.
