Plaintiffs in this employment discrimination case make claims under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 623, and the New York Human Rights Law, N.Y.Exec.Law § 296(l)(a) (McKinney 1982), as well as claims for breach of contract and tortious interference with business relations.
