WINTER, Circuit Judge:

Mary Cook appeals from Judge Billings’s grant of summary judgment and dismissal of her amended complaint. The amended complaint alleged that the various appellees fired her because of her gender in violation of the Vermont Fair Employment Practices Act, 21 V.S.A § 495 et seq. (‘VFEPA”) and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. It also alleged state common law claims of wrongful discharge and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
