This action involves the construction of a deed executed by defendants to plaintiff and a contract executed by all the parties. Plaintiff contends the deed conveyed to him the title to the real-estate property described therein, and that the contract gave defendants an option to purchase the property within a time stated, at an ascertainable price, which option had not been exercised.
