ELDER, Judge.

Jose Rodriguez (appellant), a juvenile, appeals from his jury trial conviction for second degree murder. Appellant was fourteen years old at the time of the offense. On appeal, he challenges the constitutionality of Code § 16.1-269.1(B), which provides for certification to the grand jury of specified charges of murder or aggravated malicious wounding allegedly committed by a juvenile fourteen years of age or older upon a finding of probable cause.
