On October 14, 2009, defense counsel filed a Motion to Suppress defendant’s March 22-23,2009, statements to members of the Norfolk Police Department on Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Amendment grounds. On October 20 and 22, 2009, the Court conducted lengthy proceedings on the suppression *608motion.
