{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Safe-Turf Installation Group, L.L.C. (“Safe-Turf’), appeals the decision of the Allen County Court of Common Pleas entering judgment in favor of plaintiff-appellee, Craig Schnipke, after a jury found that Schnipke was entitled to participate in the workers’ compensation fund as a result of a work-related injury to his right knee.
