This is an appeal from a judgment for $1,300 obtained by appellee against appellant in the circuit court of Sebastian County, Fort Smith District, for injuries to her automobile and herself, resulting from the negligence of an employee of appellant in driving their service car into appellee’s car. The driver was a negro regularly employed by appellant to wash cars and drive a service ear.
