O’CONNELL, J.

The defendants Jonathan Winslow and Jeannette M. Kordiak1 appeal from a summary judgment rendered in favor of the plaintiffs.2 The defendants *152claim that the trial court improperly (1) substituted a deceased partner’s executrix as a party defendant, (2) granted summary judgment, and (3) awarded prejudgment interest. We affirm the trial court’s judgment.
