This is an appeal from a judgment entered after granting a motion for judgment on the pleadings. Defendant has also attempted to appeal from an order denying his request and motion for leave to amend his answer, and also from the order granting plaintiff’s motion for judg ment on the pleadings. Such orders are not appealable. (Sec 963, Code Civ. Proc.)
