GRANADE, Chief Judge.
This matter is before the court on the motion of defendants Mobile Hotel Properties, LLC (“Mobile Hotel”), CHP Mobile Hotel Properties, Inc. (“CHP”), Columbus Hotel Beverage Company, Inc. (“Columbus Beverage”), and Columbus Hotel Properties, LLC (“Columbus Hotel”) to dismiss or, in the alternative, to strike and to transfer venue (Doc. 4), plaintiffs opposition thereto (Docs. 12 & 13), and defendants’ reply (Doc. 15).
